Developed and implemented policies and procedures to remediate ethics process gaps and reduce enterprise risk. Created reporting dashboards on ethics allegation trends and partnered with executive and cross-functional leaders to strengthen global controls.

Directed relationships with money-transmission principals to ensure regulatory, AML, and agent compliance across multiple offerings. Oversaw AML/fraud controls and governance, including the Anti-Money Laundering Oversight Committee, and established fraud task forces that significantly reduced consumer fraud.

Led technical and cross-functional initiatives launching mobile solutions for money transfers, bill payments, and check cashing, reducing transaction times and improving customer experience. Managed a $25M technology budget and vendor partnerships/contracts.

Oversaw analytics, reporting, and forecasting for products used by 11M+ customers annually. Led compliance control design and regulatory analysis, launching in-store cash disbursement for tax refunds and expanding Direct2Cash for grant and relief fund distribution.
