What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply M&E and data analytics to inform programme decisions, design capacity-building initiatives, and contribute to impactful humanitarian programmes with collaborative, learning-focused teams.

I am a data analyst and monitoring & evaluation specialist with over six years of experience across data analytics, M&E, project and programme management, instructional design, training delivery, and customer support.

I have designed and maintained M&E frameworks, led field assessments and surveys, and translated quantitative and qualitative data into dashboards, analytical briefs, and actionable recommendations for programme and donor decision-making.

I develop and deliver training curricula and asynchronous e-learning courses, coach junior staff, and evaluate training effectiveness to iteratively improve materials and strengthen team capacity.

I combine strong technical skills (KoBoToolbox, ODK, Excel, SPSS, Power BI) with field programme experience in economic security, CVA and food security contexts, and I am committed to delivering high-quality, data-driven results in complex humanitarian and remote settings.
