May Lo
@maylo
I coordinate motion picture and TV literary workflows, connecting writers and studios with precise, timely organization.
What I'm looking for
I thrive at the intersection of storytelling and operations. As a Motion Picture & TV Literary Coordinator, I manage the intake and organization behind motion picture literary and TV literary staffing grids, keeping projects moving with clear, timely communication.
Before stepping into coordination, I strengthened my craft as a Motion Picture & TV Literary Assistant by organizing agents’ desks, balancing tight deadlines, and reading, analyzing, and verbally summarizing scripts for clients and open assignments. I’m comfortable supporting project development by tracking revisions, deadlines, and studio feedback.
I also bring production-adjacent experience from coordinating post-production and department communication for a monthly news broadcast at JDS Creative Academy, plus hands-on leadership as a Production Stage Manager where I supervised and mentored stage managers and coordinated audition and callback schedules. I’m energized by high-stakes timelines, strong organization, and tools like Airtable, Office/G-Suite, and presentation workflows.
