I'm pursuing a BS in Biochemical Engineering at FCT Nova University while building hands-on research experience across science and technology-focused fields.
In a team protein-quantification project, I used a spectrophotometer and the Lowry (Folin-Ciocalteau) Method to measure unknown protein concentrations, applying calculations and graphical representations to present a thesis.
Alongside my studies, I train new Starbucks hires, support kitchen and health-code compliance, and help create a safe, welcoming customer environment. I've also contributed to food collection, care-package projects, and community fundraisers through St. Vincent de Paul and Key Club.
