Maxim Melnikov

As an independent contractor, I design and maintain BI solutions for real estate, marketplace, and e-commerce stakeholders. I’ve shipped more than 80 executive and operational dashboards in Power BI and Apache Superset.

I build KPI frameworks and analytical data models that help leadership track performance without ad-hoc spreadsheets. My work has included real estate sales analytics and marketplace sales, stock, and margin tracking.

I use Apache Airflow to orchestrate data refresh and ETL workflows, and Git to version BI artifacts. I’ve also automated reporting workflows, reducing manual report preparation time by about 90%.

Earlier, as a Business Analyst in restaurant operations, I analyzed sales, product mix, and profitability, and introduced regular reporting for management. I’m targeting a BI Analyst or BI Developer role, remotely or with relocation, on a full-time or contract basis.
