I’m looking for a team building reliable, high-load backend systems in Python. I want to optimize performance, design microservices and async workflows, and strengthen observability and fault tolerance to improve production stability.

I’m a Python Backend Developer with 1 year of commercial experience building scalable backend systems and high-load services. I focus on performance optimization, reliability, fault-tolerant systems, and production stability.

In my recent role on a high-load Telegram bot platform, I developed and maintained backend services with FastAPI, asyncio, and aiogram. I optimized PostgreSQL queries/indexing/schema for 25–40% faster query performance and reduced p95 API response time from 300–350 ms to 220–280 ms.

I designed asynchronous background job processing pipelines using Redis-based queues and improved resilience with retry logic, timeouts, and circuit breaker patterns.
