At Shuttlerock, I built a statistical monthly revenue forecasting model and a new gross-margin reporting framework that became the standard regional profitability deliverable for board reporting. I also own recurring financial reporting, company-wide P&L analysis, cash-flow visibility, and forecast-versus-actual commentary.
Previously, I led P&L analysis, forecasting, pricing models, and price-elasticity analysis at Granjas Carroll de México, and managed budget projections and KPI reporting at Forvia. I bring 6+ years of FP&A, controlling, and transfer-pricing experience across multinational manufacturing, automotive, and technology/services companies.
