What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a fast-paced SaaS environment where I can partner with leadership on GTM planning and forecasting. I want to build AI-enabled automation, executive dashboards, and scalable models that improve forecast accuracy and operational visibility.

I’m a strategic finance and analytics professional who supports SaaS sales and marketing organizations through forecasting, automation, and business analytics. I focus on turning fragmented data and manual processes into scalable reporting and decision-making tools.

At Q2 Holdings, I serve as a Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A, partnering with leadership teams on GTM planning, forecasting, operational visibility, and process improvement. I manage forecasting and budget analysis for more than 250 employees across Sales and Marketing functions.

I built automated commission planning workflows integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, Power Query, Anaplan, and AI-assisted processing—reducing monthly manual effort from ~8 hours to 1 hour. I also improved commission forecasting by replacing manual file reconciliation and unstable reporting workflows with scalable automated models and centralized reporting logic.

I’ve developed GTM finance frameworks like a Marketing ROI model (CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline analysis, conversion metrics, and campaign performance visibility) and built executive-facing scorecards and forecasting dashboards in Power BI with drill-down capabilities, automated refreshes, and row-level security. I’ve also developed predictive churn analysis frameworks and AI-assisted workflows to streamline reporting preparation and summarize meetings.
