At CTM, I lead a team of 12-developer supporting CTM North America’s flagship corporate travel booking platform, Lightning Book. We strengthen cloud infrastructure, improve Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and deliver features that improve automation, stability, security, and cost efficiency.
I’ve built backend integrations and profiling systems across CTM, Travel and Transport, and Ultramar Travel. I designed Middleware APIs, led a zero-data-loss migration from Sabre STARs to Sabre Profiles, and increased profile update and creation throughput to 4,000 per hour.
