At PwC, I lead U.S. tax compliance engagements for investment funds across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and funds of funds. I build and review multi-tier tax models, investor allocations, waterfall calculations, K-1s, and federal filings.
I also founded Premezclas Minerales del Nazas, a mineral premix manufacturing business, where I manage strategy, operations, budgeting, cash flow, pricing, supplier negotiations, inventory, and Mexican tax compliance.
My experience at EY and Liber Abaci strengthened my work in Mexican tax returns, VAT optimization, tax audits, and client advisory. I bring an MBA, bilingual Spanish-English communication, and a practical perspective across tax, finance, and operations.
