What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and productionize LLM/AI agent systems—agentic workflows, RAG, and reliable microservices—focused on scalability, observability, and rapid iteration from research to maintainable services.

I’m an AI Full-Stack Engineer who designs and ships LLM-powered agentic workflows end to end—from multi-step planning and tool use to verification and iterative refinement. At Factory, I benchmarked and optimized Droid across Polyglot, SWE-bench, and Terminal-Bench, achieving 63% accuracy on Terminal-Bench 2.0, while building robust provider-aware model strategies with prompt/version management and guardrails.

I also focus on turning research into dependable production systems: retrieval, structured outputs, and tool orchestration patterns—productionized with careful instrumentation, telemetry-driven error analysis, and stability at scale (rate limiting, caching, retries, tracing, and safe fallbacks). Earlier, as Senior Backend Engineer (AI) at Rad AI, I modernized radiology workflows with a Python (Django) backend and React frontend, delivered event-driven microservices on AWS, and implemented RAG with internal knowledge grounding, while mentoring engineers to keep engineering standards consistent.

Current

AI Full-Stack Engineer

Factory 04

Apr 2023 - Present (3 years 2 months)

Designed and shipped LLM-powered agentic workflows (Droid) to complete complex developer tasks via planning, tool use, verification, and iterative refinement. Benchmarked and optimized performance to reach 63% accuracy on Terminal-Bench 2.0, and productionized evaluation, retrieval, and tool orchestration with resilient agent service operations at scale.

RA

Senior Backend Engineer (AI)

Rad AI

Dec 2018 - Mar 2023 (4 years 3 months)

Modernized a radiology workflow application by migrating legacy components to a maintainable Python (Django) backend and React frontend with clear domain boundaries and API contracts. Built event-driven microservices/serverless architecture on AWS and productionized a RAG layer for grounded LLM outputs, including security-by-design practices appropriate for PHI.
