I am a graduate of Universidad de la República's School of Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in the software development industry. My journey began as a senior developer where I quickly became a technical leader, mastering Ruby on Rails. In 2016, I took a significant step by founding my own software development company, NeoCoast, where I honed my skills in client development and internal process optimization.

After successfully running NeoCoast for several years, I sold my share in 2021 for personal reasons and joined OysterHR. Here, I played a crucial role in gathering project specifications and ensuring timely project completion. I am passionate about continuously learning new technologies and applying them in practical settings, which I believe is essential in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
