At Amber, an AWS Advanced Partner, I design, deploy, and operate cloud solutions in clients’ production environments using AWS services provisioned with AWS CDK. I also monitor production services with CloudWatch and address incidents, including resolving an observability cost overrun by consolidating fragmented log groups and duplicate custom metrics.
Earlier, at Continental International Education, I tracked IT requests and incidents through Jira and automated reporting and reconciliation processes, reducing processing times by more than 60%. I also teach preparation courses for AWS and Azure certifications, and have supported more than 35 participants toward official certification.
