What I'm looking for

I'm evaluating my next executive leadership opportunity, where I can clarify complex constraints, build capable engineering organizations, and connect product, technology, AI, and operational outcomes.

At Shutterstock, I led Commerce, Payments, AI, Enterprise Systems, Data Engineering, and Analytics across North America, Ireland, and Eastern Europe. I helped shift billing delivery from years to months by limiting work in progress and optimizing for customer-usable features.

At Topbox, I turned an outsourced prototype into a scalable SaaS business, built an engineering organization of 20+ engineers, and supported integration after Khoros acquired the company. I owned architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, production operations, incident response, and AWS direction while helping bring machine-learning capabilities into production.

I'm an engineer at heart: I diagnose before prescribing, evaluate technology in the context of its organization, and build teams that grow more capable of solving hard problems.
