I've built scalable web and mobile applications across HR, hospitality, and EdTech, using React, Node.js, MongoDB, Flutter, and AWS. My work spans end-to-end delivery, from frontend and REST APIs to deployment and support.

As an Independent Developer, I developed React, Node.js, and MongoDB applications that cut page load times by 40%. I also deployed and managed applications on AWS EC2 and S3, established CI/CD pipelines and monitoring, and supported 99.9% uptime.

At Dexian, I designed integrations for HR, Payroll, and ERP systems, configured workforce-management tools, and contributed to deployment, testing, and end-user training. Earlier at Mindroid Technology, I developed HRMS, hotel-management, and school-management products, including payroll aligned with RBI Banking Salary guidelines, payment integrations, reporting, and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

I've implemented hotel software for 15+ hotels and school-management applications for 10+ schools, while supporting client deployments and ongoing maintenance. I enjoy building practical systems that improve performance and solve operational needs.
