What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a position where I can receive the education and training necessary to develop my skills, then use them to contribute to the business and the development of the company.

At K. Hovnanian Homes, I collaborate with the Project Manager across design and construction documentation for town-house, multi-unit residential, and single-family projects. I contribute to architectural design concepts and use AutoCAD to prepare drawings that comply with applicable codes and client requirements.

Previously, I developed permit and construction drawings at Oyster Bay Drafting and Architecture and worked on stone-related projects at Miller Druck Specialty Contracting, Inc. My experience includes applying zoning and building codes, coordinating with project teams, and preparing documentation for building permit submissions.
