At DZN Architects, I contribute to residential and light commercial projects across schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. I’ve supported 10+ projects, primarily single-family homes, with roughly half advancing to permitting and construction.
I produce coordinated drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, research Florida Building Code and zoning requirements, and translate design intent into buildable documentation. I also conduct site visits, review shop drawings and submittals, and create 3D models, renderings, and presentation boards.
Through freelance residential work, I’ve turned hand sketches, redlines, and client direction into issue-ready drawing sets. I’m pursuing architectural licensure through NCARB AXP and bring a studio background in mixed-use, multifamily, sustainability, and hospitality design.
