What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear, buildable, permit-ready construction documents for residential or commercial projects while collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and remote design teams.

I've produced architectural and construction drawings for residential and mid-size commercial projects at VARMINE BIM, delivering complete permit-ready document sets in AutoCAD.

I create site plans, floor plans, slab edge and foundation plans, elevations, building sections, electrical layouts, and project-specific sheets. I incorporate architect and engineer redlines, coordinate revisions, and review drawings for constructability, accuracy, and code compliance.

Previously at TerraForma Architects, I translated residential design concepts into buildable technical drawings, shop drawings, CAD and Revit documentation, and client presentation renderings.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote workflows while keeping drawing files, revision histories, and final deliverables organized and clear.
