At Roccnova, I designed a multi-agent layer that runs three agents under human approval. I also built Chat Nova for querying CRM data and Message Nova for asking questions about an omnichannel inbox.
I developed Voice Nova, an AI phone agent that qualifies callers, books meetings and hands off, with 320 ms replies. I trace LLM calls with Langfuse and OpenTelemetry and run evals to catch regressions before release.
At Roccomedia GmbH, I created a custom AI analytics agent that answered questions about 100k+ rows of sales data in charts. I also delivered RAG-grounded chatbots and support agents for clients across multiple industries.
Earlier, I shipped features for Reico, a high-traffic pet food shop, and extended its partner portal and wallet. At SmartDataSoft / ShopiDevs, I helped build SaaS apps for Shopify and was lead developer of Slider Revolution for Shopify.
