Mason Fils

I am a motivated college student pursuing an Associate of Art in Teaching with a strong record of academic achievement and active extracurricular involvement. I leverage leadership roles and teamwork experience to contribute positively to organizations and projects.

I have hands-on customer service and operational experience from roles at Olive Garden, DTLR, and Amazon, where I developed reliability, punctuality and practical problem-solving skills. I excel at written and verbal communication and am comfortable presenting and organizing group activities.

My campus and community involvement includes leadership in the Black Male College Explorers Program, participation in the National Honor Society, and service initiatives such as food distribution and blood drive efforts. These experiences demonstrate my commitment to community engagement and relationship-building.

I bring technical familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams and basic Excel, a strong aptitude for math, and traits valued in entry-level hires: attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative work ethic. I am eager to grow professionally and apply my skills in a supportive team environment.
