At Emerald Lane, I manage acquisition sourcing from researching target businesses and initiating outreach through qualifying opportunities and advancing deals toward LOI. I also conduct preliminary business and financial analysis and coordinate with the acquisitions team.
At Regalis Capital, I reviewed financial statements and created valuation models for projections. I improved tracking systems and workflow efficiency, helping increase the active deal pipeline from 95 to 134, and built review systems and internal guides to reduce documentation errors and turnaround time.
As Chairperson of the UP Diliman University Student Council, I led a team of council members and volunteers and oversaw university-wide initiatives, including UP Fair, Freshie Month, and Job Fair, serving 24,000+ participants. My experience also includes supporting lead generation at XFLO and documentation and stakeholder knowledge management at the Philippine Competition Commission.
