At HSBC Technology & Services USA, I manage complex CRE, construction, syndicated, participated, and loan-on-loan facilities. I coordinate transaction execution across fundings, repayments, modifications, repricing, and rollovers.
I lead construction draw administration and portfolio controls, including budget and escrow oversight, inspection and title review, and disbursement controls. I also validate loan setup data, investigate exceptions, and work across borrowers and internal partners to resolve issues.
Earlier, at SBA44 Business Capital / Berkshire Bank and Citizens Bank N.A., I administered construction loans, reviewed draw requirements, and maintained accurate budgets and records. Across my roles, I’ve trained and coached colleagues on loan structures, servicing processes, and fund management.
