At Rubar Co. for General Contracting Ltd., I managed 30+ contracts across construction, infrastructure, procurement, logistics, equipment rental, and professional services, from opportunity identification through closeout. I developed tenders and technical and commercial proposals, conducted cost analysis and supplier negotiations, and coordinated project teams and clients.
I served as a key liaison with the U.S. Army, Norwegian Army, and Italian Army, as well as international contractors including KBR and V2X. I also prepared and reviewed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, drawing on my architectural engineering background; separately, I redesigned an educational children’s magazine for Handicap International.
