What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply microbiology and bioinformatics skills while supporting publication-ready scientific writing, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong research quality in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

I’m a detail-oriented microbiology professional with a strong track record in scientific writing, analytical thinking, and language skills. I interpret research data, support publication-quality communication, and bring a careful, accuracy-first approach to every task.

My academic training in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics has built a foundation across genomics, epidemiology, microbial safety, public health, drug discovery, and immunology. I also strengthened my ability to work with complex biological systems and data through genomics- and bioinformatics-focused coursework.

In research projects, I’ve performed sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, and primer design using MEGA and online databases. I’ve also completed practical laboratory work including microbial identification and culturing, biochemical characterization tests (e.g., Gram staining and catalase/oxidase-related assays), and hands-on microbial diversity studies such as Winogradsky column experiments.

I’m also experienced with applied laboratory innovation—designing and operating microbial fuel cells to generate bioelectricity, using bioluminescent bacteria as biosensors for water pollution detection, and working with silver nanoparticles through biological reduction and antimicrobial activity evaluation. In addition to bench work, I prepare laboratory reports and research summaries that present complex scientific information clearly and concisely.
