I’m a detail-oriented, motivated and result-driven Quantity surveyor with hands-on experience in cost control, estimating, commercial management, inventory/store operations, and procurement within the construction industry. I’m known as a reliable team player with strong analytical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.

I track budgets, prepare and analyze BOQs, manage interim valuations and cost reports, and support contract administration by monitoring variations, claims, and project financial performance. I also coordinate site documentation and correspondence to keep records accurate and decision-ready.

In my current role as Quantity surveyor | Commercial manager | Head of store at OBGGD Limited, I lead commercial aspects from tender stage through final accounts, and provide full operational leadership for store operations. I maintain transparency through digital inventory tracking, stock reports, and reconciliation with material usage.

Previously, as Site QS | Site Supervisor | Site Secretary and Store keeper (Manz Contractors Limited, and Manzuwa group), I oversaw day-to-day site works and vendors, coordinated communication across site teams, head office, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensured proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. I consistently prioritize accuracy, compliance, and continuous professional development.
