What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own legal operations and LegalTech systems end-to-end—triaging complex requests, building compliant workflows, and improving reporting accuracy with SOPs and measurable automation.

I’m a Legal Coordinator at Rebiz (US Based), where I mastered the complete lifecycle and triage of the Legal Ticketing System—cleaning up a large backlog, implementing new closure policies, and resolving critical system errors to ensure data accuracy and process integrity. I also directed end-to-end Legal Project Management, autonomously triaging high-complexity legal requests (e.g., filings, launches) into formal project workspaces with multi-step, cross-functional workflows. To strengthen visibility for the business, I owned and executed the entity-level Legal Hours Reporting process, generating and reconciling monthly timesheets that accurately tracked legal time and costs across over 15 corporate entities.

As a LegalTech System Administrator, I coordinated with internal IT on the integration of key governance frameworks (e.g., Decision-Making Authority Matrix) and maintained the accuracy of automated process triggers. I’ve directed high-stakes corporate governance and compliance filings, managing the collection of critical multi-party documentation (financial statements, signed agreements) under strict, often urgent, deadlines. I’ve improved team accountability by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ticket classification and implementing a real-time project tracking mechanism to align daily work with system data.

Before moving deeper into legal operations, I led teams and operations as a Team Lead at Basecamp Data Solution and earlier roles at Philip Morris International. I directed third-party Inventory and Procurement services, ensured audit-ready inventory/financial reconciliation, and automated report generation using Python-based executable files for weekly and monthly extraction from the vendor portal. Throughout my career—from Maintenance Planner to Controls Engineer—I’ve focused on governance, safety, ISO requirements, and continuous improvement through clear processes, measurable reporting, and strong cross-functional leadership.
