I am an Economics graduate with practical experience in public sector pension administration, microfinance customer service, and educational instruction. I combine academic training in economic theory with hands-on experience in financial data processing, report preparation, and customer-facing roles.
During my NYSC placement at the Office of the Accountant General I assisted in verification and processing of pension and gratuity claims, maintained and reconciled records, and collaborated with IT and accounts teams to improve document workflows. I previously supported customer service operations at a microfinance bank and drove sales and POS operations at a pharmacy, strengthening my communication and client-relations skills.
