At CONFLUENCIA IT, I design and run tests for web and mobile applications serving clinics, hospitals, health insurers, and labor unions. I validate digital wallet payment flows and check data consistency between systems.
I test APIs and microservices with Postman and SoapUI, and use Jira and Redmine to track bugs through resolution. I also use cloud-based AI tools to support test case design, test data generation, and bug report drafting.
Previously, at PROSYS S.A., I tested ticketing and booking systems for air and ground transportation, including credit card and digital wallet payments. At uTest, I performed exploratory and usability testing on web and mobile applications and analyzed network and API traffic with Charles Proxy and Fiddler.
