In my current clinical AI and data annotation work, I built a Label Studio project annotating synthetic ophthalmology notes for diagnoses, symptoms, drugs, procedures, laterality, and negations. I also developed clinical grading schemas and annotation rules with quality control standards.
At Swiss Visio, I authored and audited intraoperative documentation in Cerner EHR, flagging omissions and safety risks. Earlier, I delivered clinical training workshops on advanced ophthalmic equipment at Carl Zeiss Limited and developed medical education frameworks at Teoxane Laboratories.
