I've researched Parkinson’s disease at the Neurological Department of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, combining clinical patient evaluation with data analysis. My work contributed to research on alpha-synuclein biomarkers in prodromal Parkinson’s disease.
I founded a student project exploring machine-learning algorithms for Parkinson’s disease subtypization and developed methodology that gained access to the PPMI database. I work with R and Python, Bayesian statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and systematic reviews.
Alongside research, I contribute as a Cochrane Citizen Scientist and have supported evidence-based healthcare initiatives, including World EBHC Day. I'm also an artist working with Atelier Clementine.
