At MRP Kompany, I analyse 550+ monthly support cases for accounting, invoicing, payroll and financial software, identifying root causes and opportunities to reduce recurring incidents.
I gather and clarify user requirements, turn complex business issues into structured documentation for development teams, and recreate real customer scenarios in test environments. I validate fixes, new features and legislative changes through end-to-end functional testing, checking calculations, data consistency and expected business behaviour.
I bring practical knowledge of accounting, payroll and invoicing processes, alongside clear communication with both users and technical teams. I'm expanding my knowledge of SAP and AI as I transition toward Business Analysis, Functional IT and Software Implementation.
