I am currently employed at IBM where I'm working for past 5 years. At my current position I am responsible for preparing and accepting contracts from United Kingdom and Ireland in Salesforce, creating invoices in SAP iERP and resolving disputes. I am involved in the DNSO process as well as creating the RapidApp for smoother and quicker processing of CECS (Customer Engineering Contract Services) requests. I used to attend closing month end calls where I was focusing on completing invoices with the top priority for a certain month.
