I am seeking an HR role focused on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a collaborative culture that supports growth, learning, and employee engagement.

I am a Business Administration graduate with a major in Human Resource Management and over two years' professional experience in insurance claim settlements, client servicing, and HR internships. I combine strong communication, client coordination, and documentation skills with hands-on exposure to recruitment and onboarding.

At IGI General Insurance Ltd, I managed claim settlements, maintained settlement records, coordinated with internal teams, and supported corporate clients, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate documentation. During HR internships at J Design Technologies and Techsolutions.Ae, I assisted with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee record management, and employee engagement activities.
