I've led business operations in Serbia and Montenegro as CEO of Daikin Serbia, integrating market performance, financial results, distribution, agency, marketing, and post-sale services while strengthening strategic support from Daikin Headquarters.
Across 14 years at Crédit Agricole Bank, I progressed from Corporate Risk Analyst to Head of Lending and General Management Committee member. I built the Agro Risk Department and its financial analysis and credit process, growing the Agro portfolio from €0 to over €100M, and designed a project-finance credit framework for renewable energy.
I've also led SMB credit risk at Raiffeisen Bank, supported the Crédit Agricole–Raiffeisen merger, and taught financial analysis and management at Mokra Gora School of Management. I bring a hands-on approach to strategy, governance, portfolio quality, and team transformation.
