At Mercurial Minds, I implement cloud infrastructure and platform changes for Tamasha OTT across AWS, Tencent Cloud, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud. The platform has served more than 5 million concurrent users.
I review proposed changes and deployments for security, performance, scalability, and production readiness. I also stress-test infrastructure, assess failure scenarios, and implement changes to improve resilience and availability.
From 2016 to 2022, I led a 20-person Professional Services department responsible for end-to-end IVR service development, deployment, management, and operational support. I supported operator integrations for services including Radio Magan, Khushaal Zamindar, and Cricket.
Earlier, at Earth Factor (Ibex Group), I led four teams supporting telecom VAS and oversaw service delivery across mobile operators. I also managed an in-house charging platform integrated with Jazz, Zong, Ufone, and Asiacell.
