At 4Fimo, I redesigned the file-transfer experience around Approved Folders, letting users retrieve files from their phones while keeping files off the cloud. The product was adopted by 22 law firms across Canada.
I tested the experience with users and redesigned the in-app messaging after all eight participants in an initial study missed that the desktop app needed to stay running. In a retest, all 10 new participants understood the requirement.
At Bitflow Management Systems Inc, I designed, built and launched 14 client websites, and at the City of Portage la Prairie I designed and launched an interactive accessibility map used by 140+ public sector workers. I also designed Learn the Lingo, an independent language-learning product, through user research, prototyping and four rounds of testing.
