I've led finance governance and transformation for AIR Communities, Empower, Level 3 Communications, and Credere Group, delivering enterprise ERP, planning, treasury, reconciliation, procurement, and supply chain improvements. At AIR Communities, I led implementation of Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive, Kyriba, and Blackline as part of a complete redesign of finance and accounting systems.
At Empower, I led SAP teams and a $4M annual operating budget, increased purchase-order coverage from 4% to 80% on $300M in annual spend, reduced close time by three days, and automated more than 25% of manual journal entries. I also delivered over $20M in annual capital savings at Level 3 through Oracle inventory, asset tracking, and BI reporting improvements.
