At ACDC, S.A., I validated and corrected Excel attendance records for approximately 300 employees before their migration to a web-based payroll platform. I also entered and reviewed personnel information and checked records for inconsistencies.
As a Technical Support Assistant at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (UTP), I assisted students and faculty with hardware, software, Windows, and basic connectivity issues. I documented troubleshooting steps and solutions, and escalated issues when needed.
For my graduation project, Traffic Accident Prediction in Panama Using Machine Learning and Power BI, I cleaned and transformed INEC traffic-accident data from 2021–2024. I used Excel for exploratory analysis and built interactive Power BI dashboards with DAX measures to present trends.
