What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring my analytical discipline in data quality, validation, root-cause analysis, and process improvement into AI-enhanced data analytics.

At Telkom Indonesia, I design data validation frameworks, investigate discrepancies, and improve the quality and consistency of large employee datasets. I manage SAP workflows using LSMW and SQ01 while delivering data-driven recommendations on benefits, employee movements, billing, and utilization.

I've led and co-led SSO implementations for leave administration, employment documents, employee data management, and organizational management. I also work with IT teams to digitise manual processes, strengthen governance, and meet compliance and audit standards.

My experience spans aerospace troubleshooting, backend development, telecom systems, and urban research. I'm now bringing this analytical discipline to AI-enhanced data analytics, supported by IBM, Google, and digital product management certifications.
