At Nova Scotia Health, I provide application and production support for Cerner Millennium and OPOR. I troubleshoot clinical, operational, workflow, access, and application issues, and investigate incidents to identify root causes.
I work with clinicians, physicians, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve or escalate issues. I also prioritize tickets by severity and patient-care impact, validate fixes, and document known issues and resolutions.
Before this role, I supported students as an Educational Program Assistant and Early Childhood Educator at Halifax Regional Centre for Education and as a Substitute Teacher at Sacred Heart School of Halifax. I also assisted residents with daily living activities at Nexus Community Support Society.
