At Infor, I drive analysis and design for the Infor Process Intelligence suite, focusing on the Process Mining product. I work with product managers to turn strategic goals into clear functionality and partner with developers through delivery.
I shape requirements by defining scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria. I also translate complex business needs into user stories and technical specifications, and collaborate with architects and developers on feasible functional solutions.
Before my current role, I supported development of Infor Process Mining as a Business Analyst. I gathered requirements, clarified functionality with developers and QA, and contributed to validation and user-facing documentation.
At Dedagroup, I worked as a functional analyst on the Migration Machine and Onboarding Platform projects, analyzing data and supporting migrations between banking operating systems. I bring a background in International Economics and Financial Markets, along with training in data analytics, SQL, and Power BI.
