I am a Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)) with a broad career spanning financial reporting, entrepreneurship, and educational leadership. I began in group accounting and audit, progressed to senior finance roles, and later founded and led a private school.
As founder and principal of Kambaku Private School, I grew enrollment from 4 to 86 learners, expanded staff to 21, managed budgets and fundraising, and introduced modern pedagogical practices and technology integration. Earlier finance roles included group accounting and multi-country consolidations with responsibility for IFRS-compliant reporting.
More recently I homeschooled two children using the Cambridge curriculum and taught Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Business Studies, demonstrating curriculum development, assessment experience, and strong communication with stakeholders. I also completed a Diploma in Biblical Studies in a hybrid, part-time format while teaching.
I return to the workforce energized and adaptable, seeking remote or internationally focused opportunities where I can apply financial discipline, leadership, and educational experience in dynamic, non-routine environments.
