What I'm looking for

I'm looking to serve as a teacher who is open to learning and a positive force of change within a school environment, while building experience and analytical skills to address educational challenges.

I've taught Accounting, Mathematics, and Economic Management Sciences during teaching placements at Fairmont High School and Laerskool Durbanville. I translate concepts such as financial literacy, geometry, algebra, the Accounting Cycle, and budgeting into accessible lessons for diverse learners.

Through Raise Your Banner, I facilitate educational support in disadvantaged communities, draft Grade 5–6 Mathematics lesson plans, and help learners overcome math anxiety. I'm completing a Bachelor of Education and want to contribute to continuous improvement in the South African education system.
