What I'm looking for

I seek QA roles focused on manual testing of web/mobile apps, collaborative teams, hands-on test execution, and opportunities to grow expertise in test management and quality processes.

I am a Junior QA Analyst with practical experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications, regression testing, and bug reporting using JIRA. I have worked on testing voice, chat, SMS and in-app/in-web features for modern contact center platforms and contribute to maintaining product quality across releases.

I bring strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a background in software testing education, and hands-on experience with test management tools like TestRail and Trello. I am motivated by teamwork, problem solving, and ensuring quality is built into products from the start.
