Biljana Serafimovska

I’m a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester with hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications in a startup project environment. I focus on verifying user flows, checking features across scenarios, and ensuring expected behavior matches reality.

I perform manual testing for workflows and user interaction scenarios, identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, and report them with structured, organized bug descriptions. I collaborate on improving functionality and user experience by validating feature behavior, spotting edge cases, and supporting more reliable releases.

I’m also building backend development fundamentals—Node.js, Express, REST APIs, SQL, and PostgreSQL—so I can better understand application architecture and improve the quality of my testing. My goal is to connect what I see in the UI and user journeys with what’s happening under the hood.

Beyond QA, I’ve worked as a Customer Support Specialist, where I managed workflow-based requests, maintained documentation and case tracking, and coordinated issue resolution with internal teams. I’m motivated to keep growing in QA testing and software quality processes within remote and collaborative environments.
