I have over five years of professional experience and seven years of drafting experience, working on residential and commercial projects. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in architectural design, construction documentation, project coordination, and producing accurate and buildable drawings based on project requirements.

My career started with drafting, which helped me develop a strong foundation in accuracy, precision, and attention to detail. As I progressed in my career, I became responsible for creating and updating architectural drawings, incorporating revisions, and translating design requirements, dimensions, sketches, and markups into clear and organized documentation.

I have also prepared complete construction drawing sets and coordinated revisions with clients, consultants, and contractors. Before handing off drawings, I make it a point to check dimensions, details, consistency, and revisions to ensure that the documentation is accurate and aligned with the project requirements. I’m also accustomed to managing multiple projects and keeping my drawing files organized.

In terms of software, AutoCAD is my primary tool for architectural drafting and construction documentation. I use SketchUp mainly for 3D modeling and Enscape for rendering and visualization. These tools allow me to develop and communicate design ideas from technical drawings through 3D models and visual presentations.
