I also communicate property rules, draft and prepare lease agreements, and issue payment reminders while notifying tenants of upcoming contract expiration.

Earlier, I worked as an Accounting Staff, where I recorded and monitored accounts receivable, managed financial records, and ensured compliance with accounting procedures. I handled invoicing and reconciliation of accounts, contacted clients to confirm material needs, and coordinated with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
