I researched health and lifestyle topics and translated complex information into practical options and next steps.
At my private esthetics practice in Chicago, I managed a schedule averaging approximately 40 private appointments per week and built repeat client relationships through personalized service and follow-through. Earlier customer-facing work in retail, service, and salon reception gave me experience with communication, scheduling, and service coordination.
