I seek a clinical leadership or case management role in home health or care coordination where I can lead teams, optimize authorizations, ensure compliance, and improve patient-centered, cost-effective care.

I am an accomplished RN Case Manager with proven expertise in authorizations, utilization review, payer collaboration, and regulatory audit readiness. I manage 20–30 active cases including high-acuity pediatric discharges, achieved a 100% authorization approval rate, and serve as the second most senior RN Case Manager while supervising and training clinical and field staff.

I have led EMR implementations, collaborated with insurers using HHAeXchange, Cohere, and Alora, and successfully guided an agency through DOH and JCAHO audits with zero major deficiencies. I hold certifications in BLS/ACLS, trauma, NIH Stroke Scale, and home care tracheostomy & ventilation, and I am completing an MSN in Nursing Care Management.
