What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support international programs and operations where I can coordinate participants, stakeholders, logistics, and cross-cultural communication in a remote or international environment.

At MEDLIFE, I coordinated international service-program experiences for more than 100 participants from the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. I supported them from preparation through completion while working remotely across countries and time zones.

I coordinated communication with participants, parents, universities, and internal teams in English and Spanish, while managing documentation, program status, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot. I also worked with operations, logistics, and program teams on travel, schedules, requirements, mobile clinics, and community projects.

My background in hospitality and international exchange has strengthened how I communicate across cultures, manage competing priorities, and support people through detailed, high-touch experiences. I bring fluent English and Spanish, intermediate Portuguese, and a relationship-focused approach to program operations.
